THE CYCLE OF CHANGE
Change & Recovery are not a straight line shooting upward. They come to be through repetitive cycles of ups & downs, progress & setbacks, taking one from the Pre-Contemplation, Contemplation, Preparation, Action & Maintenance phases & dropping back down the Recycling or Relapse phase, during which more learning is necessary to cycling back up to the Preparation phase, during which one must go back to drawing board before continuing on to the Action phase in an overall upward ebb & flow progression toward Self-Improvement, Health & Wellness.
