You may cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointments online or by calling our office at (336) 396-7834 at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments and cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment may result in a $25.00 Late Cancellation or No Show fee per scheduled session hour.
The $25.00 Missed Appointment fee will be waived for appointments rescheduled the same week.
