MASLOW'S PYRAMID OF NEEDS
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory in psychology proposed by Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper “A Theory of Human Motivation” in Psychological Review. Maslow subsequently extended the idea to include his observations of humans' innate curiosity.
The indivisible self
The Indivisible Self Model is based in psychological theory and practice. This model is based on over 25 years of research in the field of wellness. In this model, not only are body, mind, and spirit integrated but they are fundamentally inseparable. To understand wellness, then, we have to look at the whole person.
THE FEELING WHEEL
The Feeling Wheel is designed to aid people in learning to recognize and communicate about their feelings. It consists of an inner circle with 5 sectors and two outer concentric circles. Yet it is the feeling vocabulary which increases the quality of communication.
